Viktor Estate is located in a peaceful hillside area surrounded by forest and nature. Due to its location, there are three possible access roads leading to the estate.

While all three routes reach Viktor Estate, they differ significantly in road surface, comfort, and driving time. To ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival, we kindly ask you to review the options below and follow the recommended route.

Route 1 – Standard Route (Best option)

Route 1 is fully accessible again and is the quickest and most convenient way to reach Viktor Estate.

This route includes:

• Fully paved roads
• Shortest driving time
• Safe and suitable for all vehicles
• Recommended for most guests

Most navigation apps will direct you via this route, and we recommend following it.

Route 2 – Gravel Road (Not Recommended)

Some navigation apps may suggest a shorter route via gravel roads.

This route includes:

• Gravel surface
• Steep and narrow sections
• Uneven terrain

Although passable it is not recommended for guest arrivals.

Route 3 – Longer Paved Route (Recommended for Guests Arriving from the North)

If you are travelling from the north, Route 3 may be a more convenient option despite the longer driving time.

This route includes:

• Fully paved roads throughout
• Comfortable and reliable access
• A good choice for guests approaching from the north
• Suitable for all vehicles

Although longer than Route 1, this route can be the better option depending on your direction of travel.
