How to get here

⚠️Due to an avalanche, Route 1 is currently not drivable. We recommend Route 3.

Viktor Estate is located in a peaceful hillside area surrounded by forest and nature. Due to its location, there are three possible access roads leading to the estate.

While all three routes reach Viktor Estate, they differ significantly in road surface, comfort, and driving time. To ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival, we kindly ask you to review the options below and follow the recommended route.

Route 1 – Standard Route (Currently Not Drivable, detour available via gravel road)

We kindly ask guests not to attempt this route until further notice, even if navigation apps suggest it as an option.

There is also a gravel road detour connecting Vrtače and Brda, which may be used as an alternative.

Route 2 – Gravel Road (Not Recommended)

Some navigation apps may suggest a shorter route via gravel roads.

This route includes:

• Gravel surface
• Steep and narrow sections
• Uneven terrain

Although passable it is not recommended for guest arrivals.

Route 3 – Longer Paved Route (Recommended & Best Option Now)

This route offers the most reliable and comfortable access to Viktor Estate and is suitable for all vehicles.

This route includes:

• Fully paved roads throughout
• Safest option in all weather conditions
• Ideal for families, night arrivals, and winter driving

This is the route all guests should use.
